Crease diagonally and unfold.

Fold the sides in to meet the diadonal crease.

Fold the tip over.

Fold the long part over - just past the top f the skull.

Fold the long part back on itself. Turn the form over.

Fold the tip up.

and then down... Continue folding this flap up and down to form the teeth.

Draw on eyes and nose holes.
