The Halloween drawing game is a fun game for 2 or more players. Great for younger children and you don't need to be a great drawer because everyone is blindfolded anyway.
How to play...
Blindfold each child, and give it a pencil and paper and something to lean on.
Whilst the players are all blindfolded tell them to draw...
Draw a cauldron
Pause between telling them the instructions to give them time to draw.
Draw an ugly witch on the right hand side of the cauldron.
Draw a fire burning under the cauldron
Draw a spider dangling from the top of the witches hat.
Draw a spoon handle standing up in the cauldron.
Draw some bubbles, bubbling out from the cauldron - Hubble, Bubble, Toil nad Trouble!
In front of the witch draw her cat.
Finally draw a frame or a box around everything. So that the fire, the cauldron, the witch and the cat are all inside the box.
Everyone should swap their pictures with someone else so that someone else awards marks for their drawing.
Scoring is as follows...
10 point if they drew the handle of the cauldron and another 10 if they also drew the cauldrons feet.
10 points if the witch is on the right hand side of the cauldron. An extra 5 points if they gave the witch a hooked shaped nose.
10 point if the flames are coming from under the cauldron. 5 extra points if they drew coal or a log.
20 points if the spiders thread is touching the top of the witches hat, so that it actually looks like its dangling. 2 extra points for each leg that is attached to the spiders body.
10 points if the spoon handle is 'standing' inside the cauldron, an extra 5 points if the handle is also resting against the side of the cauldron.
2 point for each bubble which is still in contact with the cauldron. (they are not floating bubbles in this spell)
10 points if the cat is in front of the witch and not on her. Take away 10 points if the cat is touching the flames under the cauldron. 2 extra points for whiskers.
50 points if everything is inside the frame or the box.
The winner is the player who has the most points.
