Exploding Witches Warts

Shock people this Halloween with witches warts that actually explode like real warts. They are a bit of a fiddle to make, but they do have a great impact of those who ask for a trick when you're out trick or treating. But beware – when you have squeezed your nasty wart and the puss has gone flying everywhere, it might make the people around you sick, so quickly stand back!
To make exploding witches warts you will need...
Some bubble wrap, a pot of yogurt, a medicine syringe (you can get these from the chemist), PVA glue, paint, clear Sellotape and double-sided sticky tape.
Carefully cut out a bubble from the bubble wrap being careful not to puncture the bubble. You can use large or small bubble wrap, it really depends on what you can get hold of and how big you want the wart to be. The bigger the bubble the further the wart will explode.
Now cut a small slit in the middle of the back of the bubble. This hole will be used to insert the warts goo. The hole needs to be big enough to get the end of the syringe through.
Fill the syringe with yogurt. A pail-coloured yogurt looks very puss like. But you could use tomato ketchup if you wanted the goo to look like blood. Once the syringe is full, feed the end of the syringe into the hole at the back of the bubble, and fill the bubble to just over half full. If you fill the bubble completely you will have trouble with the next stage.
Wipe clean the back of the bubble with a dry cloth and stick a piece of clear Sellotape over the back to seal the hole. Trim any surplus Sellotape.
Flip the bubble over, it's starting to look much more like a wart now.
To paint the wart you need to mix half PVA glue with half poster paint. Paint alone wont cover the plastic surface. You could paint a witch's wart green to match her skin or paint it red to look inflamed and sore. Leave the wart to one side to dry.
When it's time to wear the wart, you will need to put some double-sided sticky tape on the back of the wart. Peel the tape and stick the witch's wart to your face. When you need to make it explode, simply squeeze the wart as if it were a spot, with a finger on either side pressing it to increase the pressure until it explodes. It does look very grim to onlookers, and flies everywhere.
